My name is Gaganjeet Singh. I am an Auditor and with a passion for travelling and eating.

Born and raised in Dubai, I call it home and love to share my thoughts and experiences about the ever changing city. I have a hunger to learn and try my hand at a number of things. When I am not caught up with the audit bits of my life, I love to travel, eat out a lot, attend concerts, party a lot and watch movies.

The blog name, Baggage and Dish pertains to the two things I love the most in life – Travel and Food.

I have been blogging for over 10 years now. Once in a while I cook up dishes by adding my own twist to them.
